For those who did not discover Rise Afterhours yet or were too tired to keep their dancing shoes on after the 2AM closing time of all clubs/bars in Boston, you missed a great time!!

The entire night was packed full of people enjoying all the sounds which included slower to hard, booming house.  Even one set had drum noise as well which made a nice addition.  Sebastien Leger did not disappoint the crowd at Rise Afterhours tonight with all the variety in his music tonight.  I hope he comes back to Rise very soon!!!!!

The dance floor had people dancing all the way until 6:30AM, including yours truly.  Despite it getting late and getting tired, the beats were enough to keep you out there!  The crowd really got into it from the usual neon wrist bands to the fists in the air all the way to the jumping up and down screaming during the heavy bass parts.  A good time was had by all.

What was also neat to see tonight was how many out of towners we had at Rise Afterhours tonight.  We are used to getting people from NYC, but I met people from also Pennsylvania and Burlington, VT tonight who came just to see Sebastien perform.

I’m sure he will be back at Rise in the future.  He has played here before, and he is definetely one of our favorites.  Until then, come out tonight for Bruno Santos and stay tuned for further updates!
